Artist's Description
One of the most beautiful natural attractions in Slovenia is Lake Bled, glacier, surrounded by a magical setting at the foot of the Julian Alps. In the middle of the lake with crystal clear water is the only island in the country, the small island of Bled (Blejski Otok), chaired by the Church of the Marof Assumption, which hosts numerous weddings.The town of Bled is located in the northwestern part of Slovenia, 50 km from the capital, Ljubljana, and a few kilometers from the border with Austria.
About Dragica Micki Fortuna
"Art and music are to my soul, as food and water are to my body." Born in Ljubljana, Slovenia. She attended the University of Ljubljana, postgraduate studies from chemical science and graduated from economics. After retirement, attended lectures at the Academy of fine arts and design in Ljubljana, and attended the advanced courses in drawing and painting. In the paintings reflects an optimist by nature and leon by horoscope. She practices drawing by pastel, painting by acryl and mixed technique, she occupy oneself with photography and encaustic paintings. She is currently devoted to her passion for digital art.
