This is a digital painting of medieval map of the city of Venice. The original was painted in the late XVI. th century in ink and pigments on European laid paper. Piri Reis was an Ottoman admiral, geographer, and cartographer lived between 1465 and 1553. He is primarily known today for his maps and charts collected in his Kitabi-ı Bahriye (Book of Navigation), a book that contains detailed information on navigation, as well as very accurate charts (for their time) describing the important ports and cities of the Mediterranean Sea.

She attended the University of Ljubljana, postgraduate studies from chemical science and graduated from economics. After retirement, attended lectures at the Academy of fine arts and design in Ljubljana, and attended the advanced courses in drawing and painting. In the paintings reflects an optimist by nature and leon by horoscope. She practices drawing by pastel, painting by acryl and mixed technique, she occupy oneself with photography and encaustic paintings. She is currently devoted to her passion for digital art.
